What is CreatorsPA?

A team of twelve AI specialists that handles the work around your content — research, writing, planning, replying, designing and publishing — so the part you actually want to do is the part you do.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. You connect your accounts through their normal login screens and start talking to the team.

Which accounts do I need?

For publishing: an Instagram Professional account linked to a Facebook Page, and a YouTube channel. For everything else — trends, ideas, scripts, images, strategy — you don't need to connect anything.

When can I get in?

We're onboarding creators gradually. Join the waitlist and you'll get a single email when it's your turn. Nothing in between.

Do I get all twelve, or do I pay for more?

All twelve, on every plan.

Do I have to use all of them?

No. Most people live in two or three sections and visit the others when they need them.

Which one do I start with?

Caroline. Tell her what you're trying to do and she'll point you at the right teammate.

Do they learn how I work?

Several of them do. Coco learns your voice from the replies you edit. Trent and Theo learn from what you mark as useful. Ivy learns from what you save and what you reject. Manny learns your voice separately in each folder.

Will anything be posted without my approval?

No. Coco hands you one draft at a time. Cal requires you to approve each post and then send the approved ones — two separate actions. Neo drafts comments but you paste them yourself.

Which platforms can it publish to?

Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, from one calendar.

What about TikTok?

CreatorsPA doesn't publish to TikTok directly. Cal schedules the post and reminds you at the right moment, with the caption, hashtags and sound already made. Everything else TikTok-related — trends, ideas, finding creators, drafting comments — works without connecting an account at all.

Can I schedule posts in advance?

Yes. Set the date and time, approve the post, and it goes out on schedule.

Is it safe to connect my accounts?

You sign in through the platforms' own login flows and we never see your password. Access tokens are encrypted and stored in the EU, and you can disconnect any channel in one click. More detail at /security.

Where is my data stored?

In the European Union, in Frankfurt.

Can I delete everything?

Yes. Settings → Delete account removes your account and all data attached to it. Full instructions at /data-deletion.

What does it cost?

Pricing is announced when we open. Waitlist members hear first, and get the best deal we'll ever offer.

How do credits work?

Your subscription covers the thinking — planning, trends, ideas, scripts, strategy, replies, scheduling — with no cap. Credits cover generated images, video and voice. Monthly credits reset each billing period; top-ups you buy last twelve months and are used after your monthly credits run out. More at /pricing.
