CreatorsPA and Instagram

Connect your Instagram Professional account and three parts of your week get shorter: posts go out on schedule from the calendar, comments get answered in your voice, and the creators in your niche stop being strangers. Every one of those steps waits for you to approve it.

What you can do

Publish on schedule. Build a post in Cal — image, video, caption, hashtags — approve it, set the time, and send. It goes out on its own.

Answer your comments. Coco pulls new comments from your posts, drafts a reply in your voice, and hands them to you one at a time.

Find the right people. Scott finds creators in your niche, and Neo drafts a comment for their posts that sounds like you.

Know what's rising. Trent tracks Instagram Reels alongside TikTok and Shorts, with an explanation of why each trend works.

What you need

An Instagram Professional account — Business or Creator — linked to a Facebook Page. That's Instagram's requirement for any app that publishes, not ours.

How the connection works

You sign in through Instagram's own login screen. We never see your password, only an access token you can revoke at any time. Disconnect from Settings → Connected accounts and that token is deleted.

Questions, answered

Do I need a Business account?

Yes — Business or Creator, linked to a Facebook Page. Instagram doesn't allow publishing from personal accounts.

Can it post Reels and carousels?

Yes, along with single images.

Will it post without me?

No. Each post is approved individually, and sending is a second, separate action.
