This Privacy Policy explains how Mangroove FZ-LLC (“CreatorsPA”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal information when you visit, register for or use CreatorsPA.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use, Data Processing Agreement and Subprocessors page.
1. About CreatorsPA
CreatorsPA is an AI-powered platform designed to help content creators handle the work surrounding content creation. Depending on the features you choose to use, CreatorsPA may assist with tasks such as:
- content planning;
- AI-generated text, images, voice and video;
- trend research;
- connected social media channels;
- comments and replies;
- content scheduling and publishing;
- analytics and channel information;
- Google Calendar actions; and
- other creator-support functions.
The information we process depends on which features you choose to use.
2. Our Role
Mangroove FZ-LLC may process personal information in different legal roles depending on the circumstances.
When we act as Controller
We generally act as Controller where we determine why and how information is processed, including for:
- account creation;
- authentication;
- subscription management;
- security;
- fraud and abuse prevention;
- customer support;
- legal compliance;
- service administration; and
- communications relating to your account.
When we act as Processor
Where you use CreatorsPA to process personal information belonging to other people for your own professional or business purposes, you may act as Controller and CreatorsPA may act as Processor on your behalf. That processing is also governed by our Data Processing Agreement.
Where applicable law treats Mangroove FZ-LLC as the Controller for particular processing, this Privacy Policy applies regardless of how that processing may otherwise be described contractually.
3. Information You Provide to Us
You may provide information directly to CreatorsPA when you create or use your account. This may include:
- your name;
- email address;
- profile information;
- content you create or upload;
- text and prompts;
- conversations with CreatorsPA;
- images and photographs;
- audio and voice recordings;
- video;
- scripts;
- captions;
- content ideas;
- information contained in support requests; and
- other information you voluntarily submit.
We do not require you to provide more information than is reasonably necessary for the functionality you choose to use.
4. Google Sign-In
You can create or access your CreatorsPA account in two ways: with an email address and a password, or by choosing “Continue with Google”. When you continue with Google, CreatorsPA receives:
- your name;
- your email address; and
- a unique Google account identifier.
We do not receive or store your Google profile picture.
Signing in with Google asks only for your identity — your name and email address. Nothing else is requested at sign-in. Permission to reply to comments on your YouTube channel is requested separately, at the moment you connect a channel, and permission to create events in your Google Calendar is requested separately, the first time you ask for a reminder. Google shows you exactly which permissions are requested before you accept, you can decline any of them, and declining one does not affect the others.
CreatorsPA never requests access to:
- Gmail;
- Google Drive; or
- any other Google service.
If you later add a further YouTube channel, that step asks only for YouTube permission. You can withdraw all access at any time in your Google Account security settings.
If you decline calendar permission, everything else keeps working; you are simply told that reminders need that permission, and you can grant it later. CreatorsPA never creates a calendar event on its own after you grant access — you always ask for the reminder again first.
5. Google User Data
Where CreatorsPA accesses information through Google APIs, we use that information only to provide the user-facing functionality for which access was granted. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. CreatorsPA does not use Google API data for:
- advertising;
- advertising profiles;
- selling user data;
- credit decisions;
- unrelated surveillance;
- training general AI models; or
- purposes unrelated to the user-facing functionality for which access was granted.
Human access to Google user data is restricted and permitted only where necessary and legally permitted, including for security, troubleshooting with appropriate authority, or legal compliance.
6. Google Calendar
Where the Google Calendar feature is available, CreatorsPA uses it only when you directly request that an event be created. CreatorsPA does not read or import your existing Google Calendar events as part of this functionality. Information required to create the requested event may include:
- event title;
- date;
- time;
- description; and
- other information you specifically ask us to include.
This information is sent to Google to create the event. CreatorsPA does not retain a separate permanent copy of the created calendar event after it has been sent to Google.
7. Connected Social Media Accounts
You may choose to connect supported social media accounts to CreatorsPA. These may include:
- Instagram;
- Facebook;
- YouTube; and
- other supported platforms added in the future.
You must separately authorise each connection. Depending on the platform and permissions you grant, CreatorsPA may access or process:
- account or channel name;
- profile information;
- account or channel identifiers;
- comments;
- publishing information;
- post metadata;
- YouTube video titles and descriptions;
- links to platform-hosted media;
- access and refresh tokens; and
- information needed to provide the feature you requested.
We request only the permissions reasonably required for supported functionality.
8. Social Media Access Tokens
When you connect a supported platform using OAuth or a similar authorisation system, CreatorsPA may securely store access or refresh tokens needed to maintain that connection. These tokens allow CreatorsPA to perform only actions authorised through the permissions granted by you. CreatorsPA does not receive or store your social platform password. When you disconnect a platform, CreatorsPA stops using that connection and revokes or invalidates the relevant credentials where technically available.
9. YouTube API Services
CreatorsPA uses YouTube API Services where you choose to connect YouTube or use functionality relying on YouTube data. By using YouTube-related functionality, you acknowledge that the use of YouTube API Services is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. CreatorsPA may process YouTube information such as:
- channel information;
- channel identifiers;
- video titles;
- descriptions;
- comments;
- publishing information;
- video metadata;
- subscriber counts; and
- other information required for the functionality you request.
CreatorsPA does not collect your YouTube password. You can revoke CreatorsPA’s YouTube access either through CreatorsPA where supported or through your Google Account security settings. You should also review the Google Privacy Policy.
10. YouTube Data Retention and Deletion
CreatorsPA does not store YouTube API data indefinitely. When you disconnect a YouTube channel inside CreatorsPA, the stored YouTube data for that channel — comments, drafts, learned reply examples and channel records — is deleted immediately as part of the same action, not on a later schedule.
If you instead revoke access from your Google Account settings without disconnecting inside CreatorsPA, our access stops but the previously stored data is not yet removed automatically. Until we add that step, you can remove it by disconnecting the channel in CreatorsPA or by deleting your account, and we will delete it on request within the period required by YouTube’s policies.
For posts published through CreatorsPA we retrieve views, likes, comment counts and, on Facebook, shares. These are cached with the post and refreshed at most every 30 minutes; we keep no history of them over time. We do not retrieve reach, watch time, subscriber counts or audience demographics.
Deleting information from CreatorsPA does not delete information stored directly by YouTube. Content hosted by YouTube must be deleted through YouTube or another authorised service capable of performing that action.
11. Comments and Social Interactions
Where supported, CreatorsPA may retrieve comments or other interactions from content on channels you have connected. This information may include:
- username;
- profile information made available by the platform;
- comment text;
- comment identifiers; and
- associated content information.
CreatorsPA uses this information to provide the features you request, such as helping prepare replies. CreatorsPA does not automatically publish a comment reply without your required approval.
12. Publishing
CreatorsPA may publish content to connected platforms when you have authorised the relevant connection and expressly approved the content for publication. Information involved may include:
- approved text;
- images;
- video;
- captions;
- publishing date and time;
- selected channel; and
- publishing status.
Scheduled publication applies only to content you have approved. CreatorsPA does not independently decide what you should publish.
13. AI Features
CreatorsPA uses third-party AI providers to deliver certain features. Depending on the feature, these may include:
- Anthropic for text, including comment drafts, scripts, planning and the analysis behind trend and networking features;
- OpenAI for text, image generation and the assistant’s speech-to-text and read-aloud functions;
- SocialCrawl for retrieving publicly available social media data used in trend and creator research;
- fal.ai for image and video generation;
- ElevenLabs for voice generation; and
- other providers added in the future.
Trend research works in two steps: SocialCrawl retrieves public posts matching the search terms you choose, and Anthropic analyses what comes back. No other provider is involved.
The current list of relevant service providers is maintained on our Subprocessors page.
14. What We Send to AI Providers
Your content is not continuously sent to AI providers. Information is normally sent to an AI provider only when you actively use a feature requiring AI processing. Depending on the request, this could include:
- your prompt;
- text;
- recent conversation context;
- image;
- photograph;
- face image;
- voice recording;
- audio;
- video;
- YouTube metadata; or
- other information needed to produce the result you requested.
When conversation context is required, CreatorsPA aims to send only recent context reasonably necessary for the request rather than your entire conversation history.
15. AI Training
CreatorsPA does not use your content to train general CreatorsPA AI models. We do not authorise AI providers processing your content on our behalf to use that content to train their general AI models. Some AI providers may temporarily retain inputs or outputs for security, abuse prevention or service-protection purposes in accordance with their applicable contractual terms. Where available and applicable, CreatorsPA uses provider configurations and contractual terms designed to prevent user content from being used for general model training.
16. Face and Voice Information
CreatorsPA may process images containing faces or voice recordings when you intentionally use a feature that requires that content. For example, this may occur when you request:
- image generation;
- video generation; or
- voice generation.
CreatorsPA does not use your face or voice for biometric identification, identity verification or facial recognition. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions before submitting another person’s face, voice or likeness.
17. Conversations
Messages you exchange with CreatorsPA’s AI specialists may be stored in your account so the Service can maintain context and allow you to continue previous work. This may include:
- your messages;
- AI-generated responses; and
- relevant conversation metadata.
Conversations remain available until you delete them through available functionality or your account is permanently deleted, subject to the retention rules described below.
18. Generated Content
Generated content may include:
- text;
- images;
- voice files;
- video;
- video thumbnails; and
- other outputs.
Everything generated for you is downloaded into CreatorsPA’s EU-based storage as soon as it is produced. We do not store links pointing at an AI provider’s servers, so your content does not depend on a provider link remaining available. Files are held in private storage and shown to you through short-lived signed links. The one exception is the assistant’s read-aloud audio, which is streamed to your browser and never stored.
19. Subscription and Payment Information (money you pay us)
CreatorsPA uses Paddle as merchant of record for paid subscriptions and purchases. For money you pay to us, CreatorsPA does not receive or store:
- card numbers;
- your bank account details;
- payment credentials; or
- your payment method details.
That information is handled directly by Paddle. CreatorsPA may receive and store limited non-sensitive information required to operate your subscription, including:
- Paddle customer identifier;
- Paddle subscription identifier;
- subscription plan;
- subscription status; and
- renewal date.
Paddle processes payment information under its own terms and privacy responsibilities.
Money we pay OUT to you is different, and is described in the next section.
19a. Payout Details (money we pay you)
If you earn a referral reward and choose to take it as cash rather than as credits, we need somewhere to send the money. You give us those details yourself, and only at the point you request a payout — never as a condition of using CreatorsPA.
What we store, in the form you enter it:
- account holder name;
- IBAN or account number;
- SWIFT/BIC code;
- billing address; and
- country.
Why we store it: to pay out a referral reward you have chosen to receive as cash. Our legal basis is performance of our agreement with you — we cannot send the money without knowing where it goes.
How it is protected: these details are encrypted before they are written to the database, using AES-256-GCM. The encryption key is held only in the application environment and never in the database, so a copy of the database alone does not reveal them. They are decrypted at one point only: when an administrator processes your payout.
What you can see: after saving, CreatorsPA shows you only the last four characters of your account number, never the full details back again.
We do not send these details to any third party. Payouts are made manually by bank transfer from our own bank. If that ever changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and our subprocessor list before it does.
You can change or delete your payout details at any time in Settings, without deleting your account. Deleting your CreatorsPA account deletes them too.
20. Support and Communications
If you contact CreatorsPA at info@creatorspa.io, we may process information contained in your message. This may include:
- name;
- email address;
- screenshots;
- error messages;
- account information;
- channel identifiers;
- examples of content; and
- other information you choose to provide.
Messages you send to that address are received and read in Google Workspace. Email that CreatorsPA sends to you is delivered through Resend. Support correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for:
- resolving your request;
- security;
- troubleshooting;
- dispute resolution;
- legal obligations; or
- establishing what support or instructions were provided.
21. Transactional Email
CreatorsPA may send service-related emails through providers such as Resend. These may include:
- account notices;
- security notices;
- subscription notices;
- account inactivity warnings;
- recovery information;
- service updates;
- legally required notices; and
- other communications necessary to operate your account.
These messages are not optional marketing communications where they are required to provide, administer or secure your account.
22. Information Collected Automatically
CreatorsPA deliberately limits unnecessary tracking. We do not currently use:
- Google Analytics;
- advertising cookies;
- behavioural advertising trackers; or
- third-party marketing tracking cookies.
Our infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical information required to operate, deliver and secure the Service. This may include:
- IP address;
- request information;
- timestamps;
- technical logs; and
- information required to detect technical or security problems.
CreatorsPA does not use this information to build an advertising profile about you.
23. Cookies
CreatorsPA uses cookies or similar technology where necessary to:
- keep you signed in;
- authenticate your account;
- maintain secure sessions;
- protect the Service; and
- remember technically necessary account state.
CreatorsPA does not currently use cookies for:
- behavioural advertising;
- cross-site advertising;
- third-party advertising measurement; or
- Google Analytics.
If our use of cookies changes materially, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement any consent mechanism required by applicable law.
24. Last Sign-In
Your last successful sign-in date is recorded as part of the sign-in system. We use it to see whether an account is still in use, for example when reviewing inactive Free accounts. No automatic process currently deletes or restricts an account on the basis of inactivity; if we introduce one, we will describe it here and give notice where required. We do not use last-sign-in information to build an advertising or behavioural profile.
25. Why We Use Personal Information
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we use personal information to:
- create and administer your account;
- provide CreatorsPA;
- perform functions you request;
- maintain connected accounts;
- generate requested AI outputs;
- publish approved content;
- process subscriptions;
- communicate with you;
- provide support;
- maintain security;
- prevent fraud and misuse;
- troubleshoot technical problems;
- enforce our Terms;
- comply with legal obligations;
- establish or defend legal claims; and
- improve the reliability and operation of the Service without using your content for general AI training.
26. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases may include:
Performance of a contract
We process information where necessary to provide CreatorsPA or perform our agreement with you. Examples include:
- account administration;
- providing requested features;
- subscription management;
- requested AI functions; and
- service communications.
Legitimate interests
We may process information where necessary for legitimate interests that are not overridden by your rights and interests. These may include:
- maintaining security;
- preventing abuse and fraud;
- protecting our systems;
- troubleshooting;
- enforcing our Terms;
- improving reliability;
- establishing legal claims; and
- maintaining limited operational records.
Legal obligations
We may process information where necessary to comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, court orders or other binding legal obligations.
Consent
Where applicable law requires consent, we may rely on your consent. You may withdraw consent where the processing is based on consent, although withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Where UAE data protection law applies, CreatorsPA processes personal data based on consent or another lawful basis or exception permitted by applicable UAE law.
27. When We Share Information
CreatorsPA does not sell your personal information. We may share or make information available to third parties only where reasonably necessary, including:
Service providers and subprocessors
Providers supporting:
- hosting;
- databases;
- storage;
- AI processing;
- transactional email;
- authentication;
- support infrastructure; and
- other functionality needed to provide CreatorsPA.
Connected platforms
Information may be transmitted to platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or Google Calendar when you authorise or request functionality involving those platforms.
Paddle
Limited subscription information is exchanged with Paddle where necessary to process purchases and administer subscriptions.
Legal and security purposes
Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:
- comply with law;
- respond to valid legal process;
- protect CreatorsPA or its users;
- investigate fraud or abuse;
- protect safety;
- investigate security incidents; or
- establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Corporate transactions
Information may be transferred in connection with a legitimate merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable data protection requirements.
28. Subprocessors
The current list of service providers that may process personal data on behalf of CreatorsPA is maintained on our Subprocessors page. The page identifies relevant providers and describes their role and primary processing location.
Where required by applicable law, customers covered by our DPA will receive advance notice of applicable new or replacement subprocessors.
29. International Data Transfers
CreatorsPA’s primary database and file storage for account information and Customer Content is located in the European Union, currently in Frankfurt, Germany. Some processing may occur outside the EU/EEA, including:
- AI processing in the United States;
- authorised CreatorsPA access from the United Arab Emirates;
- infrastructure processing by international service providers; and
- support or technical processing described on our Subprocessors page.
Where required by applicable law, we use recognised safeguards for international transfers. These may include:
- European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses;
- the UK International Data Transfer Addendum;
- adequacy decisions; or
- another lawful transfer mechanism.
More information is available in our Data Processing Agreement and Subprocessors page.
30. Security
CreatorsPA uses technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. Current measures include:
- TLS encryption in transit;
- encryption at rest through our storage infrastructure;
- encrypted backups;
- database row-level security;
- restricted production access;
- need-to-know access;
- confidentiality obligations;
- secure management of application secrets;
- application-level AES-256-GCM encryption of particularly sensitive fields, including social media access tokens and payout details, with the key held outside the database;
- administrative audit logging;
- security monitoring; and
- backup and recovery procedures.
No online service can guarantee absolute security.
31. Human Access to User Content
Access to production data and user content is restricted. Authorised CreatorsPA personnel may access information only where reasonably necessary, including for:
- investigating a technical problem;
- providing support;
- investigating a security incident;
- investigating misuse;
- complying with a lawful requirement; or
- protecting the integrity of CreatorsPA.
Access is limited according to legitimate operational need.
32. How Long We Keep Information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Retention depends on the type of information and how you use CreatorsPA. For example:
- account information generally remains while your account exists;
- saved conversations remain until deleted or the account is permanently deleted;
- stored content remains until deleted or the account is permanently deleted;
- support correspondence remains for as long as reasonably necessary;
- subscription records may remain where necessary for legal or accounting purposes;
- payout details remain until you delete them or delete your account, whichever comes first;
- operational and security records remain only as long as reasonably required;
- connected-channel data may remain until you delete it or delete your account, subject to platform-specific requirements; and
- YouTube data is subject to the shorter platform-specific rules described above.
We may retain anonymised information that no longer identifies you.
33. Account Deletion
You can delete your account yourself inside CreatorsPA. You are asked to type a confirmation word first, because the deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no deactivation state and no recovery period: once you confirm, the following happens in one step, as described in our Terms of Use:
- third-party access is revoked at Google and Meta where technically possible;
- your files are deleted from storage, including images, video and voice recordings;
- any voice copies you created are permanently deleted at ElevenLabs;
- your account is deleted, which removes your data across every connected table; and
- connected-channel data, conversations and content are removed with it.
We cannot restore an account after deletion. Two records are deliberately kept: usage records for accounting, with your identity removed, and the record that your voice consent and voice deletion took place, which contains an account identifier but none of your content.
34. Backups
When information is permanently deleted from active systems, database information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups. Our normal backup cycle may retain deleted database information for up to approximately seven days before it is overwritten. Backups are used only for legitimate service restoration and disaster recovery. Deleted files such as stored images or voice recordings are removed from active storage when permanent deletion occurs. We do not restore deleted information for ordinary use from backups.
35. Additional Deletion Requests
You may delete information using the deletion features available in CreatorsPA. In exceptional circumstances, you may contact info@creatorspa.io and request accelerated or additional deletion. We will consider the request reasonably. We do not guarantee that deletion can be completed faster than our normal technical processes unless applicable law requires us to do so.
36. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These may include the right to:
- receive information about how your data is processed;
- access your personal information;
- correct inaccurate information;
- request deletion;
- restrict processing;
- object to certain processing;
- receive certain information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;
- object to direct marketing;
- request review of certain automated decisions; and
- lodge a complaint with an applicable data protection authority.
These rights are subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions. To exercise a privacy right, contact info@creatorspa.io. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
37. Data Concerning Other People
CreatorsPA is designed for creators, and content may naturally include other people. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to submit and process personal information relating to another person. This includes, where applicable:
- photographs;
- video;
- voice recordings;
- likeness;
- names;
- comments; and
- other personal information.
Do not use CreatorsPA to process another person’s personal data unlawfully.
38. Children
CreatorsPA accounts are available only to persons aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer accounts directly to children. Children may appear in content uploaded by an adult user. Where this happens, the user is responsible for ensuring that the content and processing are lawful and that any required consent or authority has been obtained. CreatorsPA does not separately create profiles of children appearing in user content. If you believe personal information relating to a child has been processed unlawfully through CreatorsPA, contact info@creatorspa.io.
39. Special Category and Sensitive Information
CreatorsPA is not designed for users to intentionally store or process highly sensitive or special-category personal information. You should avoid submitting information such as:
- medical information;
- genetic information;
- biometric data used for identification;
- political beliefs;
- religious beliefs;
- sexual orientation;
- trade union membership; or
- similarly protected information,
unless you have a lawful basis to process it and the processing is appropriate for the functionality being used. CreatorsPA does not use facial or voice content for biometric identification.
40. Automated Decision-Making
CreatorsPA does not use personal information to make solely automated decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Automated systems may be used for:
- technical security;
- abuse detection;
- spam protection;
- system integrity; or
- identifying activity requiring review.
These systems are not intended to make legally significant decisions about individuals without appropriate review.
41. Marketing
CreatorsPA does not sell personal information for marketing purposes. Service and account communications may be sent where necessary to operate your account. If CreatorsPA introduces optional promotional or marketing communications, users will be given any choice or opt-out required under applicable law. Account, security, legal, subscription and inactivity notices may still be sent even where a user has opted out of optional marketing.
42. Advertising
CreatorsPA does not currently display third-party behavioural advertising or share your content with advertising networks for targeted advertising. If CreatorsPA introduces advertising or sponsored placements in the future, we will clearly identify them and update this Privacy Policy where the change affects how personal information is processed.
43. Third-Party Services
CreatorsPA integrates with third-party services. Those services may have their own privacy policies and independently process information under their own legal responsibilities. Examples include:
- Google;
- YouTube;
- Meta;
- Instagram;
- Facebook;
- Paddle; and
- other connected platforms.
This Privacy Policy does not replace the privacy terms of those independent third parties.
When you add a location to a post, the place name you typed is sent to OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service to look up its coordinates, so the video can be tagged with where it was recorded. Nothing else is sent, and your browser never contacts them directly.
44. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect:
- changes to CreatorsPA;
- new functionality;
- changes to service providers;
- legal requirements;
- regulatory guidance;
- security developments; or
- changes to how information is processed.
Where a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice where required by applicable law. If we begin using personal information for a materially different purpose requiring additional notice or consent, we will provide that information before the new processing begins where required. The effective date at the top of this Privacy Policy identifies the current version.
45. European Union and United Kingdom Representatives
Mangroove FZ-LLC is established in the United Arab Emirates and currently has no establishment in the European Union or United Kingdom. Where applicable data protection law requires Mangroove FZ-LLC to appoint a representative in the European Union or United Kingdom, the representative’s identity and contact information will be published in this section.
46. Complaints
If you have a concern about how CreatorsPA handles personal information, please contact us first at info@creatorspa.io. We will review legitimate privacy concerns and respond in accordance with applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority or regulator responsible for your jurisdiction. Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits any mandatory privacy rights available to you under applicable law.
47. Contact Us
