CreatorsPA ("the app") is a personal AI assistant tool for content creators. By using the app you accept these terms. Contact: info@creatorspa.io.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a CreatorsPA account or purchase a subscription.

What the app does

CreatorsPA helps content creators manage the work surrounding content creation. Depending on the features you use, the app can help you read and reply to comments, research trends and creators, generate ideas, create text, images, video and voice, chat with AI specialists, create calendar events, and plan and publish approved content.

You may sign in using an email address and password or with Google, and you may connect supported social media accounts and services where you choose to use those features.

You decide — AI can be wrong

• The app uses AI to generate text, images, video and voice, and AI can make mistakes or misunderstand.
• All content is a suggestion that you approve, edit or discard. Nothing is sent or published unless you have explicitly planned/approved it.
• You are responsible for the content you post and for complying with the law and platform rules.

Third-party platforms

When you connect YouTube, Instagram or Facebook (and later TikTok), those platforms' own terms and API rules also apply. You must have the right to use the accounts you connect. Scheduled publishing only happens for posts you created and planned yourself; you are responsible for whether a post may be published on the chosen platform.

Your content

You own your own content (text, images, videos). The app uses it only to provide the features for you. Respect others' copyright — do not upload or publish material you do not have the right to.

Subscription, prices and credits

• CreatorsPA is sold as a monthly or annual subscription. The price is shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You cancel it yourself inside the app, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Each subscription includes a monthly pool of credits. With annual billing, credits are granted monthly — not as one lump sum for the year.
• Credits are used only for production actions (e.g. image generation). Conversations with the team are unlimited.
• Your monthly credits reset on your billing date — unused monthly credits do not carry over to the next period. Credits you purchase as a top-up are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase and are used only after your monthly credits are spent. Credits are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expire when the subscription ends.
• Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect for a running subscription.
• CreatorsPA also offers a free plan with a limited monthly allowance and reduced features. No payment details are required. We may change or discontinue the free plan at any time; if we do, we will notify free-plan users by email at least 30 days in advance.

Refunds and right of withdrawal

• Consumers in the EU/UK generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital services.
• By starting the subscription and using the service, you request that delivery begins immediately and accept that the right of withdrawal lapses for the part of the service already delivered — including credits you have used.
• Unused subscription time within the first 14 days is refunded proportionally on request to info@creatorspa.io.
• Used credits are not refunded.
• Requests are answered within 5 business days.

No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

CreatorsPA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mangroove FZ-LLC does not warrant that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated content, recommendations, analysis or other outputs will always be accurate or suitable for your intended purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before using or publishing it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mangroove FZ-LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from your use of CreatorsPA, third-party platforms, AI-generated outputs or scheduled publishing.

For users acting for business or professional purposes, Mangroove FZ-LLC's aggregate contractual liability arising out of or relating to CreatorsPA will not exceed USD 100.

For consumers, any exclusion or limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or affects any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Data and privacy

How we process your data is described in our privacy policy.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your data (see the privacy policy). We may restrict or close access in the event of misuse or breach of these terms.

Changes

If we update these terms, we change the date at the top.
