How Caroline learns
Caroline remembers your earlier conversations in her section, so you don't repeat yourself. That memory is deliberately walled off: what she knows here is never mixed into your strategies or your script folders, and what's in those never leaks into her. One place, one memory, no bleed.

She knows what every one of the twelve does and how they connect — so "which of you should I use for this?" is a real question with a real answer.
She checks the web when it matters.
Current things, research, or a link you paste: she reads it and attaches the sources, so you can double-check rather than take her word for it.

Attach images, PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and text and she reads them. Video is saved as a reference she can point to, though she can't watch it.

Questions about Caroline
How is she different from a general AI chatbot?
She knows your team, your setup and your earlier conversations, and she sits inside the place where the work actually happens. Ask her something and the next step is a person on your team, not a copy-paste.
Does she remember everything I've told the rest of the team?
No, and that's on purpose. Her memory covers her own section only. Your strategies and script folders stay separate in both directions.
Can she search the web?
Yes, on her own when it helps, with clickable sources attached to the answer.
What Caroline can’t do (yet)
