Deleting your data

CreatorsPA — app.creatorspa.io

You are in control of your data. Here is how to have it removed — choose whatever suits you:

1. Delete your entire account

Log in → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data we hold: connected social accounts and their access tokens, your posts/drafts, uploaded images/videos, ideas, settings and logs.

2. Remove a single connection (e.g. Instagram/Facebook or YouTube)

If you only want to disconnect one platform, you can disconnect it inside the app under Settings → Connected accounts → Disconnect (next to Instagram or your Google/YouTube account). We then delete the access tokens for that specific platform.

3. Remove the app from Facebook/Instagram

If you go to Facebook → Settings → Business integrations (or Instagram → Apps and websites) and remove CreatorsPA, our access is revoked immediately. If you also want what we have already stored to be deleted, email us (see below) and we will confirm the deletion.

Ask us to delete your data

You can always request full deletion by emailing info@creatorspa.io from the email you signed up with. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
