Your accounts, your data, your call.

You're connecting the accounts your living depends on. That deserves a straight answer about what happens to them, so here it is — without the security-page vocabulary.

Nothing is published without your approval

This isn't a setting. It's how the product is built.

Coco writes a reply and hands it to you one at a time — approve, edit, or skip. Cal needs two separate actions: you approve each post as you build it, and then you send the approved ones. Neo drafts comments for other people's posts but doesn't post them; you copy and paste each one yourself. Scott finds creators but never follows or messages anyone.

There is no automatic mode to switch on. If something went out, you sent it.

How your accounts are connected

You sign in through the platforms' own login flows — Instagram, Facebook, YouTube — the same screens you'd see connecting any app. We never see your password.

What we hold is an access token: a key the platform issues, which only does what you granted and which you can revoke at any time. Tokens are encrypted and stored in the EU.

Disconnect a single platform from Settings → Connected accounts, and that platform's tokens are deleted. You keep your account and everything else.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored in the European Union, in Frankfurt. Access tokens are encrypted. We use the platforms' official APIs — never scraping, never automation that pretends to be you clicking.

Memory that stays where you put it

Some of the most useful things in CreatorsPA are also the most personal, so they're deliberately walled off from each other.

Caroline remembers your conversations in her section only — what she knows there is never mixed into your strategies or your script folders, and nothing from those leaks back to her. Manny learns your voice separately in each folder, so how you write songs doesn't bleed into how you write vlogs. Everything you save with Archie is private to you, and images are served through secure, temporary links.

Deleting your data

Delete your whole account from Settings → Delete account. That removes your account and everything attached to it: connected social accounts and their tokens, your posts and drafts, uploaded images and video, ideas, settings and logs.

You can also email info@creatorspa.io from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete everything. We confirm and complete it within 30 days.

Questions, answered

Can CreatorsPA post something without me seeing it?

No. Every reply, comment and post passes through an approval step you perform yourself.

Do you store my passwords?

No. You sign in through the platform's own login screen and we receive an access token, never a password.

Where is my data stored?

In the European Union, in Frankfurt. Access tokens are encrypted.

What happens if I disconnect a platform?

That platform's access tokens are deleted immediately. Your account and everything else stays.
