Cal — your AI calendar and publisher
Cal is where a post becomes a post. Build it — text, image, video, voiceover — set the date and time, approve it, and it goes out on schedule to Instagram, Facebook or YouTube. Approval is per post, one at a time, and nothing is sent that you haven't approved.
What Cal replaces
The 3 hours a week that go into uploading and posting on time, and part of the 8 that go into captions. Cal brings back 2 hours on publishing and shares the caption work with Manny.
Example outputs
Two deliberate steps.
You approve each post as you finish it. Later, when you're ready, Send approved pushes everything you've already approved to its channel. There's no way to send something you haven't looked at.
Everything a post needs, in the post.
Text, images, video and voiceover can all be made right there — you don't leave the calendar to finish the thing you're building.
Or start from nothing.
Ask Cal to create the post and he'll draft it from your profile and what you've told CreatorsPA about yourself. Then you edit it into shape.
How Cal works with the rest of the team
- Ivy — ideas arrive on the calendar with caption and hashtags already attached.
- Pixie — images made for anything, including the post you're building.
- Coco — Cal gets the post out. Coco handles what happens underneath it.
Questions about Cal
Can Cal post something without me approving it?
No. Each post is approved individually while you build it, and sending is a second, separate action. Both are yours.
Which platforms does he publish to?
Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, from one calendar.
Can he make the video and the voiceover too?
Yes — text, images, video and voice, inside the post you're building.
